How long does it take to receive my order? Unless requested otherwise, we ship FedEx. Depending on availability of product and shipping distance, your purchase should reach you within 2-6 business days after receiving your order. We are fully stocked and ready to ship your orders quickly. Large amounts of the same product or large orders with wrapping take longer for us to process. Contact us if you have questions.
My product was damaged in shipment, what do I do? Email or call us within 5 days of receipt to let us know that there is a problem. All damaged merchandise must be kept with the original packaging for inspection. Damage claim forms are included in your shipment and should be filled out and returned with the products. After receiving your damaged package, we can replace the merchandise or credit your account. If you are in a hurry for the product, we can place another order, charge your account and then you will receive credit for the first order as soon as it arrives and inspection is complete.
