Do you have questions?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Unless otherwise requested, we ship FedEx Ground or USPS. Depending on availability of product and shipping distance, your purchase should reach you within 1-10 days after receiving your order, USA Shipping.

Can I return my order if not satisfied?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days. Send us an email or call to let us know you are returning an item. Upon receipt, you may have the order replaced or we can credit your account. You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.

My product was damaged in shipment, what do I do?
Email or call us within 5 days of receipt to let us know that there is a problem. All damaged merchandise must be kept with the original packaging for inspection. Damage claim forms are included in your shipment and should be filled out and returned with the products. If we determine your product was damaged in shipping or damaged from the factory, we will refund your return shipping costs for UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Parcel Post. After receiving your damaged package, we can replace the merchandise or credit your account. If you are in a hurry for the product, we can place another order, charge your account and then you will receive credit for the first order as soon as it arrives and inspection is complete.

Terms of Sale:

  • There is no minimum order
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Money Order for prepayment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any backorder, but we will let you know.
  • Cancellations must be made before shipment. You are responsible for return shipping costs of cancellations after we have shipped the products.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping
Product will be shipped FedEx Ground or USPS unless other carrier has been approved.
